Who We Make Games For

Our Target Audience Ultimately we make games for ourselves. We make the games we want to play because Big GameDev is not making them. Having said that we hope for as many people as possible to enjoy our games. We want to make classic CRPGs. Why We Started The idea for Broken Staff Studios came into being in early 2000`s due to the lack of old school style roleplaying games being made by big game studios, aka Big GameDev The bar had been set low in terms of quality rpgs, we felt we can do better by making our own games than waiting for large companies to target a segment they don’t see as profitable.
